Welcome to Targa Development (HK) Limited! We are a leading garment manufacturer based in Zhaoqing, Guangdong, China, with over 20 years of experience. We specialize in high-quality workwear and casual clothing and have a strong presence in the Scandinavian and Western European markets.

Our factory covers an area of 4,133 square meters and was established in 2000. With 170 skilled employees, we have a monthly production capacity of 30,000 pieces, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising on quality. Our team includes departments such as office, warehouse, sample room, cutting, sewing, and finishing. We prioritize product quality and implement strict quality control measures.

The sewing department

Our sewing department consists of skilled teams trained in both knitting and woven product manufacturing. We also have a separate sub-factory dedicated to thread trimming and final operations.

The finishing department

The finishing department performs various operations, including button sewing, buttonhole stitching, attaching rivets/snaps, and heat transfer applications. Inspections are conducted to maintain quality standards.
